The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is a world-renowned university and a thought leader in the social sciences. Over the last fifteen years, LSE has also sought to curate a collection of world-class architecture on its Aldwych academic estate (via international competitions) to design its new buildings. All their new buildings have been critically acclaimed and have won multiple awards, establishing a track record of committing to achieving the very best design quality.

Equitix is a leading investor, developer and long-term fund manager of core infrastructure and renewable energy assets in the UK and Europe, and one of the largest investors in student accommodation – with a core focus on long term university partnerships. To date Equitix have over 17,000 student beds in operation or currently under development. In consortium with Bouygues UK, Equitix has been selected by LSE as a student accommodation partner for Bankside House.

Bouygues UK is a property development arm of Bouygues Construction in the UK. They have delivered 26 schemes with a total £1.6bn gross development value including student accommodation projects – in partnerships with universities as well as direct to let schemes. As part of the Bouygues Group, they offer strong development and construction capabilities through their construction entity Bouygues (U.K.) Limited.
