The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and development partner Bouygues UK/Equitix, are bringing forward proposals to redevelop the Bankside House student residence.
Our aim is to provide additional high-quality student accommodation (all below market-rents), alongside active ground floor uses and improvements to the surrounding public realm.
PLANNING APPLICATION SUBMITTED
Thank you to everyone who participated in our consultations and provided valuable feedback on our proposals for Bankside House.
We have now submitted a planning application to Southwark Council. Once the application is validated, the Council will notify nearby residents and businesses and invite them to provide feedback. If you support our plans, we encourage you to leave a comment.
